1. Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), the following definitions apply:

• "7s.com", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the website accessible at 7scom.one and all associated subdomains.
• "Platform" means the 7s.com website, mobile site, and all gaming products, tools, and services available through it.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who registers for or uses a 7s.com account.
• "Account" means the registered player account associated with your credentials on the 7s.com Platform.
• "Wallet" refers to the unified balance held within your 7s.com account, denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).
• "Wager" means any bet, stake, or entry placed using funds from your Wallet on any game, event, or draw available on the Platform.

References to singular include plural and vice versa. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. These Terms are written in English; in the event of any ambiguity, the English-language version shall prevail.

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

By registering a 7s.com account, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity;
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling under the laws of your jurisdiction;
• You are accessing the Platform from the Philippines or from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited;
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, or immediate family member of a 7s.com employee.

7s.com reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and forfeiture of pending withdrawals pending verification.

3. Account Registration & Security

Each Player may hold only one (1) registered account on the 7s.com Platform. Creating duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed and any balances forfeited.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 7s.com will never ask for your password via any channel. Any Wager placed using your account credentials — regardless of whether you authorized it — is your sole responsibility. Notify 7s.com support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. 7s.com may require you to update your account details if they become inaccurate. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

7s.com supports the following payment methods for Philippine players: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other channels made available on the Platform from time to time. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP).

• Minimum Deposit: ₱100 per transaction.
• Minimum Withdrawal: ₱100 per transaction.
• Processing Times: GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 5 minutes. Bank transfers may take up to 1–3 banking days.
• Source of Funds: All funds deposited into your Wallet must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Withdrawal Conditions: 7s.com may require identity verification before processing withdrawal requests exceeding threshold amounts in compliance with anti-money laundering obligations.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

7s.com may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentive programs to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, which supplement and form part of these Terms.

• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be converted to cash unless applicable wagering requirements have been met.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, expiry periods, and maximum bonus conversion limits are specified on the individual promotion page.
• 7s.com reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at its sole discretion without prior notice.
• Players found to be abusing bonus terms — including but not limited to bonus stacking, arbitrage betting, or use of automated tools — will have bonuses voided and may have their accounts suspended.

6. Betting Rules & Game Conduct

All Wagers placed on the 7s.com Platform are binding and final once confirmed. Players accept the rules of each game or market as presented within the Platform at the time the Wager is placed. In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the outcome of a game, 7s.com reserves the right to void the affected Wager and refund the staked amount to the Player's Wallet.

Sports betting markets may be suspended or voided where an event is abandoned, postponed beyond the specified settlement period, or where 7s.com determines that the integrity of the market has been compromised. PBA and NBA matches, UFC bouts, boxing cards, and other sporting events are settled according to the official result as declared by the relevant governing body.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 7s.com Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place Wagers or interact with the Platform;
• Collusion with other Players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes;
• Money laundering, fraud, or use of stolen payment credentials;
• Creating multiple accounts or acting as a proxy depositor for another person;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Any conduct that 7s.com reasonably determines to be harmful to the Platform, other Players, or the integrity of the gaming environment.

7s.com cooperates fully with Philippine law enforcement agencies and regulatory authorities. We reserve the right to freeze accounts, withhold winnings, and report suspected criminal activity without prior notice to the Player.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 7s.com Platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, trademarks, logos, and text — is the exclusive intellectual property of 7s.com or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content without prior written consent from 7s.com is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 7s.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, service interruptions, or unauthorized access to your account. Our aggregate liability in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the amount of the Wager directly giving rise to the claim.

7s.com makes no warranties, express or implied, as to the uninterrupted availability of the Platform or the suitability of any game for any particular purpose.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

The collection, use, and storage of your personal information is governed by the 7s.com Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 7s.com complies with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules.

11. Responsible Gaming

7s.com is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. Every 7s.com account includes access to deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion tools. 12. Suspension, Termination & Closure

7s.com reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion, including where: (a) the Player has breached these Terms; (b) 7s.com reasonably suspects fraudulent activity; (c) a regulatory or legal obligation requires it; or (d) the Player requests self-exclusion. Upon account closure, any valid Wallet balance net of bonus funds will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any required verification process.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the 7s.com Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before commencing legal proceedings, Players are encouraged to raise their concern with 7s.com customer support. The majority of account and transactional disputes are resolved within 5 business days at the support level.

14. Amendments to These Terms

7s.com reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or on-Platform notification at least 7 calendar days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account before the effective date.
